Kristina Nugent is the Director of Quality Assurance for DVC Resale Market. Kristina was a 16 year Disney Cast Member which began at Disney Cruise Line reservations a week before the Disney Magic’s Inaugural sailing. Within a year she had transferred over to Disney Vacation Club assisting members with their vacation planning in Member Services. She then became a sales assistant working closely with the sales team at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas Resort.
In 2003, she transitioned to work within Membership Administration entering contracts for new and existing members and then was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager where she had the opportunity to Welcome Home thousands of DVC Members and ease them through the contract closing process at Walt Disney World, Disneyland and on the Disney Cruise Line ships. Her favorite Disney memory has been the opportunity to travel the world with DVC and meet people from around the globe.
