The table below shows the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) deed expiration dates for each resort. Typically, DVC sets expiration dates 50 years from the construction date of a building. It is important to note, however, that Old Key West contracts may have an expiration date of 2042 or 2057. The reason for this difference is that in 2007, DVC offered a fifteen year extension opportunity to the owners of Old Key West. The original price of the extension was $15/pt. and later increased to $25/pt.
