Marissa began her Disney career in 2007 at Disneyland with the Disney College Program.
She performed in beloved productions including Fantasmic!, the Main Street Electrical Parade, and Parade of Dreams, creating magical memories for families from around the world.
In 2008, she joined Disney Cruise Line, spending six years sailing globally and deepening her passion for hospitality and storytelling. During her time at sea, she not only grew professionally but also met her husband while traveling the world.
In 2014, Marissa transitioned into Disney Vacation Club (DVC) as a Sales Guide, quickly rising to become a top performer and Leadership Circle Award recipient. She later joined the DVC Cruise Sales Team, presenting on multiple DVC Member Cruises and serving on the DVC Cruise Team Task Force, where she led training sessions both on land and at sea.
After welcoming her son Kaden in 2017, Marissa joined DVC Resale Market as a sales agent and continued her trajectory of growth and leadership. Today, Marissa serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Keyholder Vacations, overseeing all marketing and sales initiatives across the company’s expanding portfolio of brands, including DVC Resale Market, DVC Rental Store, Be Our Guest Vacations, Unlocked Magic, and more. She leads strategic growth, brand positioning, cross-company integration, and large-scale partnerships, driving innovation across the organization.
In 2025, Marissa and her husband welcomed their daughter, Adelaide, into their family, adding another joyful chapter to their story.
