Greg and I want to thank you and your team for the excellent service you have given to us. Within two weeks, all of our contracts have sold; two of them for the asking price! Your help to explain everything at the beginning has been so appreciated, and your advice regarding the listing of the contracts was right on the market. Just knowing you were there to help during the confusing parts has been huge. It has also been such a pleasure to work with your colleagues through the sales process as they have found buyers for the contracts, and Kristina has been so efficient with the paperwork and communicative in keeping us informed of where the contracts are at.
