Nick, my wife, Claire, and I had the pleasure of listing two Disney Vacation Club properties with your company in December 2016, 200 points at Saratoga Springs, and 300 points at Boardwalk Villas. I am writing to convey our thanks and appreciation for these sales in a professional and expeditious manner. Your staff and your subcontractors, including the title search and closing companies, are thorough, careful, and kept us informed every step of the way. You were responsive to our questions, and fast whenever we posed one, whether by phone or email. I applaud your work, and we highly recommend you. I cannot imagine buying DVC properties through you could be a bad experience. I have some qualifications for this judgment. In addition to being DVC owners, we regularly rented out our DVC properties to others, booking the rooms, placing reservations for Disney Magical Express from Orlando airport, and securing Disney Dining Plans. That was, after we developed a following year after year, a wholeheartedly positive experience. However, when we began, we tried listing using one or two of the companies who will do this on an owner's behalf for a fee. Our experience with them, and with the people who rented our property was anything but positive. We went back to doing it ourselves.
