To whomever the manager is, I just wanted you to know I have worked with other Brokerages and had some experiences with people who were not always competent - and even worse. Happily this was NOT the case with your company. Your agent, Marrissa, was a JOY to work with. She was friendly, hardworking and so easy to work with! She responded quickly, not only to make the sale, but whenever I had a questin until everything was closed (and it was closed faster than I thought it would). I can't say enough good things about her and will certainly recommend her as an agent to sell or buy to all friends and family. Whatever DVC Resales pays, you can not pay her enough - and NO, I am not a friend of Marissa nor did she did not pay me to say this : ) Thanks again, Jeff
