DVC Resale Market Reviews

When we decided to purchase the resale route, I reached out to three resale companies. After speaking with Jodi,(she answered my inquiry within an hour on a Sunday afternoon) I knew that I didn’t have to look any further. She was so easy to talk to. I felt as if I had known her for years! There were a few listings that I was interested in but after talking with Jodi about the time of year that we travel to Disney, she advised me that the use years in those particular listings were not a good fit for our family. She truly had our best interest at heart oppose to rushing through the process to make a sale. And after we lost our first contract to ROFR, when Jodi broke the news, she had a new contract to present to us and it was even better than the one we lost to ROFR!
