This was our first time buying resale - right from the start the mobile app was an invaluable tool in allowing us to spell out what we were looking for and to be notified quickly of contracts that would interest us. Once we found a contract, our guide, Andy Berry stepped in and five short weeks later we are all done, dusted and ready to go. Such an awesome experience with this company from start to finish. I emailed them as I was considering selling our timeshare. We’ve had it paid off for years and really didn’t use it much anymore. I got an email back from, Kevin, almost immediately. He was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. After a day, I decided to list my timeshare with the mindset if it didn’t sell in a certain amount of time I would cancel and hold onto it. With four days I had an offer and accepted it. This whole process has been so smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy or sale. I highly recommend DVC Resale Market and our wonderful agent - Derek Deboer! We bought our first contract through Disney and this was our first time buying resale. I purchased two small contracts back in 2015. Those purchases were so easy that when it came time to sell our small contracts and consolidate into larger contracts I decided to come straight back to DVC Resale Market! We had two contracts received full offers within 3 hours of being listed. DVC Resale Market and their team is the only resale firm we will ever use! We’ve had great experiences both as a purchaser and a seller!

I do not know if all of the marketers were like ours but Andy Berry was the most honest sincere and knowledgeable person to be assigned to. He never stopped working for us and kept us well informed throughout the process. His sense of humor shone through even through the texts. You company is lucky to have someone on board like him.
