I just want to compliment your team for the great service on this last minute “rush” purchase before the resale rules change. Given how busy everyone is, I am super impressed that everyone was working hard all weekend to get offers accepted and processed quickly. Derek submitted and got my offer accepted by the seller on Saturday evening and sent me a formal acceptance letter at 6:30 am on Sunday morning. By Sunday night, Janon emailed the contract for signature. Yesterday, Kristina conformed my contract was submitted to Disney for ROFR. I was a bit nervous about it all getting done in time but you guys have really worked hard and made me feel like a priority even when I know you are simultaneously handling hundreds of contracts this week.
