This was my first DVC purchase. It was so easy from start to finish. Marissa and her team have been wonderful. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and in a timely manner. I was extremely nervous when I started out, but was quickly reassured by their friendly nature. I will definitely recommend them in the future and if I decide to purchase another contract I will do it through them.

Derek, Thanks for all your help (and the rest of the team as well)! This has been a really great experience dealing with DVC Resale and I will be sure to come back to you in the future when we more than likely look to purchase additional points! I have already recommended DVC Resale to my neighbor who will be looking to make a purchase around January (he already downloaded the app!).

A thoroughly professional experience throughout.

We would definitely purchase through DVC Resale Market again. Although not our first resale purchase, this was our first purchase through DVC Resale Market and it could not have been any smoother and stress free. After a pleasant online chat with Derek DeBoer ON A SUNDAY, we made an offer on Monday and were notified within the hour by Derek that our offer had been accepted. We received our contract and other required docs the next day along with clear instructions and a timeline as to what to expect next. We breezed through Disney's ROFR in record time and closed on our contract with no issues at all. Thanks to Derek and other staff at DVC Resale Market for their help, knowledge and professionalism and for helping to cure our addon-itis...for now!

This was our first DVC purchase and it was made so easy and stress-free because of the great folks at DVC Resale Market. From before we were even ready to search in earnest - but still had questions about the process - right through to closing, the staff, especially Marissa, were very attentive to all of our needs and had incredible response time when there were questions. Every step of the way, we were kept informed of what the next steps were as well as a timeline in which to expect those steps to be completed. We were nervous before we started this adventure, but we surely had no reason to be. Addonitis is real, so when we can fend it off no longer, we'll be back to DVC Resale Market for our next contract(s)! Thanks guys!

It was super easy to work with DVC resale market. We are not based in the USA, so we required some different ways of signing some of the documents, but they always explained us everything very throughly and made it easy for us to follow. At the beginning we were a little hesitant to go ahead, as they have a little higher commission %, but they were the ones that gave us the most money in return for our points. I want to personally thanks Marissa and Brenda for the great and easy experience we had!!!

We just purchased our second contract through DVC Resale Market. We could not be happier with the service from this company and the ease at which everything took place. Derek was fantastic, our first offer did not pass ROFR and Derek found us a second contract within a couple of days.
