Jodi and the whole team at the Market has been amazing through all transactions. My wife and i were fortunate enough to get a great 50pt small contract a year ago, we used that contract for a week long getaway in October and just sold that to switch our Home and increase our points. @Derek DeBoer has been helping my husband and me find the "perfect fit" contract for about a month now. We were somewhat knowledgeable about DVC in general but our crazy and newbie questions in regards to resale purchasing and actual real-life experiences of DVC ownership have all been answered quickly. Not only this, but they are easy-to-understand answers from Derek, and he's been wonderful in keeping up with our ever-changing "perfect fit". We haven't even purchased or offered yet, but for a couple with 5 kids, we're trying to find the best option for our family. We don't travel at the "typical" times and we don't plan a year ahead or more, yet Derek still has found the answers or resources to help us feel comfortable. He's 100% not pushy but always keeping us in mind, letting us know when something that's on our "wants" list comes up. It has been very impactful for us to have found a company willing to go the extra mile even before we have gotten completely serious and made an offer. To whomever the manager is, I just wanted you to know I have worked with other Brokerages and had some experiences with people who were not always competent - and even worse. Happily this was NOT the case with your company. Your agent, Marrissa, was a JOY to work with. She was friendly, hardworking and so easy to work with! She responded quickly, not only to make the sale, but whenever I had a questin until everything was closed (and it was closed faster than I thought it would). I can't say enough good things about her and will certainly recommend her as an agent to sell or buy to all friends and family. Whatever DVC Resales pays, you can not pay her enough - and NO, I am not a friend of Marissa nor did she did not pay me to say this : ) Thanks again, Jeff

I was looking for 100 resale points at SSR because I was already a direct DVC owner at BLT. Just looking for something inexpensive that I could add onto my existing membership. I kept an eye out on contracts on the app and on their web-site. I hooked up with Marissa on an online Chat who helped me with a contract I was interested in buying. It only took a few emails back and forth and we got the offer accepted. From their we got the ROFR, payments, and closing. From simple process. The thing that I liked the most was the good communication with the different people that I dealt with at DVC Resale during the entire process -- they always kept me informed of what was happening and when I should expect each step in the process to be complete.
