Hey Everyone!! Just wanted to thank Nick and anyone else on the team who helped with our resale contract!! They made the process so easy and were there for questions every step of the way!! We got our membership number today and will be booking our first trip home next!! Thanks again!!

We just completed out first DVC purchase (closed yesterday!!) and we are so excited. The process what so easy and smooth from the time we placed the offer to the time it closed, it was a lot quicker than we thought it would take. Humberto was great and I will definitely recommend my friends to you guys. Now it is time to enjoy Disney as we also do! Thank you!

Been so blessed to have been a DVC member for several years now. Derek is the man who originally walked me through the entire process, was incredibly patient, and put zero pressure on me. He use to sell direct for Disney but now offers the same product via resale. Buying resale is something that can save you a fortune. I can’t recommend him more. Best sales experience I’ve ever had!! Happy to answer any questions you may have but Derek will do it better!

We want to thank DVC Resale Market for their great help and service in purchasing our Aulani contract. Their app is awesome! We got a notification that the type of contract we were searching for was available before it even hit the website. We contacted Mike Collier who immediately got our offer in and with a little negotiating we got the deal we wanted. The admin department was also excellent, answering all our questions along the way in a timely and professional manner. We are now closed and looking forward to spending Christmas in Hawaii! We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them for either a purchase or sale. Thank you again!

What a fabulous experience working with Marissa Moolman in my search for Disney Vacation Club options. She is personable, knowledgeable, and a super fun person to work with. I highly recommend you call her for anything you are interested in and watch her get to work for you.

I am currently working with Nick Cotton as well. He has answered every question I’ve asked promptly and completely. I submitted my offer through the DVC Resale Market website on a late Sunday morning. By mid-afternoon, he’d already contacted the owners about my bid. One counteroffer later, and it was a done deal. Took less than 4 hours from the time I entered my bid on the website. On a Sunday. Wow. I have also had great service with Brenda Smith at Magic Vacation Title getting all the legal documents completed. Disney themselves took 14 days on ROFR I think, and estoppel took 22 days. Nick and Brenda have completed their part of the work usually by next day. Never more than 2 full business days. They have it down to a science.

We had an awesome experience of buying resale. We went through DVC Resale Market. We were kept informed of the process and was completed within a 2 month period. There's no guarantee of how long it takes because there are several steps in the process that take time, ROFR being one of them. We purchased direct and then got our 2nd contract as resale and very happy with the process of both purchases.
