My final resale contract closed and was added to my account yesterday. Thanks to Nick Cotton, Kristina on his team and Marie at Magic Vacation Title. Ya'll saved us thousands of dollars!! All 5 contracts, same UY from 4 different sellers, went through smooth sailings and met or beat expectations. Great communication, follow up, etc. Nick calls back fast and proactively calls with status updates. His system and process is very smooth. When following up with DVC member admin - they looked the file and commented something along these lines "oh you're using Magic Vacation Title - there won't be any problems - we never get problems from them - all their paperwork is correct."

I have to say, this has been one of the best and easiest transaction we have ever made. Regardless of all the research we did, we were still very nervous about making a large purchase from a company that we really did not know. We bought our first DVC contract through DVC Resale and couldn't be more pleased with the transaction and service! We had just started looking when the perfect contract fell into our laps. Jodi Gross was so helpful and was able to secure the contract for us! We were kept informed of our contract status throughout the entire process (until the end when our email changed and Jodi's email went to Spam - our fault, not hers!). And even then, Jodi called because she hadn't heard from us via email to make sure everything was okay and we knew that we had become members.
