The team at DVC Resale Market has been great - from the initial offer to contract close, they are there every step of the way! We just closed our 4th contract thru them - would highly recommend them. Marissa has been great on all 4 contracts we have done, and the admin team behind them are awesome!

I usually do not give many reviews in general on social media although the experience I had recently working with the DVC Resale team (specifically Marissa Vallotton) deserves a review. This was my first experience with DVC in general and while I had a colleague (existing DVC owner) that gave me a ton of education upfront, Marissa went above and beyond working with us on the process and making sure we understood everything. She was always available throughout the process. Thank you DVC Resale Team!!!

I had a great experience on our recent purchase, I saw a 125 point Bay Lake contract pop up at a great price. I made an offer and Marissa responded within minutes. I was sent the necessary paperwork to fill out. They answered all my questions very quickly. They were on top of it the entire time. My contract was closed the day after they received my closing paperwork.

My family just closed on an Aulani contract with the help of Andy! He was great from start to finish, answering any questions we had, little or big. The process was smooth and low-stress, even during all the craziness of COVID-19. Thank you, Andy for all of your help and knowledge!

We just bought our resale through Derek and the resale market. Derek made the process so easy and they kept us in the loop the whole time. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy resale!

Our family researched most of the DVC Resale offers. We had many questions about them, and the DVC Resale Market staff provided us with answers which were most helpful. We eventually purchased not one but two properties at the Polynesian. Ms Jodi Gross and Mr Andy Berry were our sales agents. Great conversationalists, knowledgeable agents, and just outstanding people . . . they were instrumental in our purchase. We began using one of our contracts . . . purchased five nights for just under 100 points . . . then checked what the nightly charges for the rooms would have been . . . $4400 for the five nights, and is for one year.
