Keren began her Disney journey in 2010 as a Disney Vacation Club Guide, where her passion for helping families create magical, lasting memories quickly made them a successful and trusted guide. Her experience in the vacation ownership industry also includes roles as a Sales Agent with Hilton Grand Vacations and as a Quality Assurance Officer at Holiday Inn Club Vacations.
Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Keren has lived in Orlando for over 30 years. They hold a degree in Biology from the Inter-American University and are fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Outside of work, Keren loves visiting EPCOT during the International Food & Wine Festival, discovering new restaurants, staying active at the gym, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
