Best Resorts for Glamping DVC Style

Sometimes you want to enjoy the great outdoors during your Disney World trip but maybe you don’t feel like roughing it in a tent at the campsites of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. With DVC, you can get the best of both worlds by staying in the comfort of a cabin while enjoying the beauty of nature! Here are the best DVC accommodations for glamping.
The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
With the Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, you get all the outdoor activities of Fort Wilderness like horseback riding, archery, and Chip ‘N’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long, but the convenience of a DVC villa. The brand new cabins are much more modern than their rustic predecessors. The one-bedroom cabins have a full kitchen, private deck, and sleep up to 6 guests with a queen bed, bunk beds, and a Murphy bed. With large windows in the main living room and kitchen area, there is so much natural light that pours into the cabin. Look closely throughout the cabin, and you’ll find lots of fun decor details that include Chip ‘N’ Dale.
The cabins are also the only DVC accommodations that are dog-friendly, so if you want to bring your favorite furry friend along, the Cabins at Fort Wilderness are a great option. You can bring up to 2 dogs with you.
The Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs
While technically not a cabin, the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs definitely have a cabin-like feel with its woodland setting and decor. These elevated villas sleep up to 9 guests with three bedrooms and are an incredible deal at 38 to 76 points per night. They have a full kitchen, spacious living room area, and a washer and dryer. Surrounded by trees, the Treehouse Villas are secluded from the rest of Saratoga Springs, but they’re the perfect place for a quieter, resort-only vacation.
Cascade Cabins at Copper Creek
Perhaps the most luxurious option on this list are the stunning Cascade Cabins at Copper Creek. These waterfront cabins sleep up to 8 guests with two bedrooms and have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private porch with a double-sided fireplace and hot tub! At the Cascade Cabins, you feel like you are in the woods of the Pacific Northwest. However, if you still want that theme park time, you are still only a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom.
