Changes at Fort Wilderness Among the permits filed for the Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness construction projects are a grocery store and dining complex. As the project develops, it seems like there will be quite a bit less distance between Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge, and quite a few more dining and shopping options for guests of both resorts!

Main Street Electrical Parade’s Last Run The Main Street Electrical Parade will make its last run down Walt Disney Worlds parade route on October 9, 2016. The parade will head to Disneyland for a limited-time run thereafter, before ending for good. There’s no word at this point as to what happens now in terms of nighttime parades, but we’ll keep you updated!

BIG DEALS on 1-Day Park Hoppers for Annual Passholders From August 12 through September 30, Annual Passholders can purchase special friend and family single day hoppers at park entrances for only $79! Annual Passholders must be present with a valid pass and the tickets can only be purchased at Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows. This is a nearly 50% discount!

A Wedding Chaple Revamp Thinking about a Disney wedding at the Walt Disney World wedding chapel? You may want to wait for the remodel. Disney released concept art in August for the wedding chapel revamp that’s coming soon. No dates have been released yet, so if you’re looking at a Grand wedding, be sure to ask!

Goodbye to the Streets of America Disney’s Hollywood Studios is in the middle of major changes and with the incoming Star Wars and Toy Story additions, some old favorites are saying goodbye. Check out the incredible demolition of the Streets of America and some of the surrounding areas by Blog Mickey.

A Parade for Mickey’s Halloween Party Long has the Boo to You parade been the envy of guests of Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland, but no more! This year’s party will see a brand new Halloween party much like Boo to You, but with its own special Disneyland twist! As a special note for this year’s attendees, parking at Disneyland is NOT included with price of admission to Mickey’s Halloween Party.
