DVC Direct Prices Increasing for Polynesian and Aulani Resorts

Disney Vacation Club will be increasing the price-per-vacation point for both the Aulani Resort and Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows on January 18, 2017. Disney will increase the price of both resorts from $171/pt. to $176/pt. This $5/pt. increase will be stronger than the last price increase for both of these resorts, which was $3/pt. when they went from $168/pt. to $171/pt.

These price increases will increase the gap for new vs. resale, at least temporarily. Only time will tell, if resale prices adjust to the increase. The table below shows a comparison for DVC new vs. resale:
