DVC Right of First Refusal (ROFR): June ’16 Report
In the month of June, Disney exercised their right of first refusal (ROFR) on two contracts that were sold through the DVC Resale Market. Both contracts were 300 Point Boardwalk contracts with excellent point availability. These buy backs matched two ongoing trends: buying back Boardwalk and buying back contracts with strong point availability. These two contracts represented less than 2% of DVC Resale Market’s sales for the month of June.
Moreover, for any buyers looking to pick up great deals now may be the time given the high selection of listings and low buy back percentage happening.
Below are the details on the two contracts bought back in June.
