Eligible contracts are available for only $500 down, if financed through Monera Financial with a No Credit Check loan option on a 12-year term. Additionally, buyers must choose the lowest down payment amount and have their closing costs financed. Once your contract is closed and the points are transferred to you, regular monthly payments will begin. This promotion is limited to one contract per household.
