Rumored DVC Price Increases for October 2019
Disney Vacation Club (DVC) increased the prices of historically “sold-out” properties. Price increases went into effect on 10/31/2019. For the most part, the increases are in the 3-10% range.
It is important to note that the prices of the resorts that are actively being sold, Aulani and Riviera did not increase. Of course, this bump in prices of the historically sold-out properties may act to help sales of Aulani and Riviera as they will look better in comparison for purchases directly from the developer.

Jeff, typically the direct price increase does impact resale pricing. However, the impact is usually gradual over a period of a couple of months.
