Which DVC Resorts Have the Lowest Points Charts?
DVC points charts can make a big difference in what you get out of your DVC points. Lower points charts allow you to stretch your points further, whether that means booking a longer stay, a better view or room category, or a larger villa. Here are the DVC resorts with the lowest points charts where you can get the most bang for your buck.
2042 Resorts
Many of the older DVC resorts tend to have lower point values than the points charts of the newer resorts. That includes all of the resorts that have contracts ending in 2042:
These older resorts are incredibly economical when it comes to points. A look at the 2025 Old Key West points chart shows that Deluxe Studios start at just 9 points per night and Three Bedroom Grand Villas max out at 106 points per night. To put those values in perspective, a Riviera Deluxe Studio starts at 14 points per night and a Riviera Three Bedroom Grand Villa can be up to 204 points per night!

Newer Resorts
A handful of the newer resorts have pretty reasonable points charts that are only slightly more costly than those of the 2042 resorts:
Animal Kingdom Lodge has one of the best ways to stretch your points with its Value booking category that goes from 7 points for a Deluxe Studio to up to 48 points per night for a Two Bedroom Villa. It’s important to note that it is extremely difficult (even for those who own points at Animal Kingdom Lodge and have the 11-month booking window) to book the Value villas due to low inventory and high demand.
However, even the Standard View villas at Animal Kingdom Lodge are very reasonable with Deluxe Studios as low as 10 points per night and Three Bedroom Grand Villas maxing out at 117 points per night.
Despite being a relatively new resort, Copper Creek has a low points chart that mimics its fellow Wilderness Lodge DVC resort, Boulder Ridge. Both have Deluxe Studios that start at 13 points per night and Two Bedrooms that top off at 72 points per night (the largest villa type at Boulder Ridge).
The Saratoga Springs points chart is close to some of the 2042 points charts, particularly with its Standard rooms. Standard Deluxe Studios go for as little as 9 points per night while Standard Three Bedroom Grand Villas go up to 113 points per night.
