Best DVC Contracts for Around $100 Per Point
When you’re in the market for a DVC contract, sometimes going for the lowest price per point isn’t always the best fit for your travel needs. However, there are still some great contracts that you can purchase for around $100 per point that offer good deed lengths and reasonable annual dues, including:
Animal Kingdom Villas
Animal Kingdom Villas contracts are currently selling for an average of $114 per point, but the average was as low as $107 per point earlier this year. Dues for 2026 are $10.16 per point, and deeds last until 2057, which gives you about 30 years of vacation to enjoy! Animal Kingdom Villas is such a unique resort with more than 30 species of African wildlife roaming the resort’s savannas. Where else can you wake up and see zebras and giraffes from your private balcony?
Plus, when you own points at Animal Kingdom Villas, you get the home resort booking window for both of the resort’s buildings, Jambo House and Kidani Village. Villas at Kidani Village recently underwent a full refurbishment, and those at Jambo House are currently under being refurbished, so guests staying at Animal Kingdom Villas can look forward to beautifully refreshed rooms with subtle references to The Lion King.
Old Key West – Extended
Most Old Key West contracts expire in 2042, but if you’re lucky enough to find a rare extended one that lasts through 2057, you can get about 30 years to use your DVC points. Extended Old Key West contracts currently go for an average of $101 per point. Annual dues at Old Key West are $11.21 per point. Old Key West is great for those who love a laid-back atmosphere and spacious villas–they are some of the largest among all of the DVC Resort villas!

Saratoga Springs
Another contract that offers great value and has close to 30 years left on the deed is Saratoga Springs. At an average of $108 per point and low annual dues of $9.19 per point, Saratoga Springs is typically one of the most economical home resorts that you can choose. Like Old Key West, Saratoga Springs offers beautifully refurbished rooms and a more peaceful experience thanks to its sprawling resort grounds. You’re also close to all the dining and shopping at Disney Springs. Just take the boat, or if you’re staying in the Congress Park section of Saratoga Springs, you can take the walking path.
Aulani
Most people are interested in home resorts at Walt Disney World, but don’t forget about Aulani in Hawaii, especially if you live on the West Coast. Deeds there last until 2062, giving you about 36 years left to enjoy your DVC Membership! With an average price per point of $97 per point and annual dues of $10.96 per point, Aulani offers a great value.
