DVC Right of First Refusal (ROFR): April ’16 Report

In the month of April, Disney exercised their right of first refusal (ROFR) on 2 contracts that were sold through the DVC Resale Market, representing a less than 2% buy back rate. This was lowest number of buy backs we have observed since this time last year. Before April, the average buy back amount per month for 2016 had been 7, representing about a 5-6% buy back rate. Details on the two contracts bought back in April are below.
