DVC Right of First Refusal (ROFR): July ’16 Report
In the month of July, Disney exercised their right of first refusal (ROFR) on one contract that was sold through the DVC Resale Market. That contract was the ninth Old Key West contract bought back this year, making Old Key West the most commonly bought back resort year-to-date. The next most common resort bought back this year is Saratoga Springs at eight. The one contract bought back in July represented less than 1% of the contracts sold in that month.
This month’s ROFR report is continued good news for any buyers looking to pick up great deals given the low buy back percentage and great resale selection.
Below are the details on the contract bought back in July.
Resort | Price Per Point | Points On Contract | Price | Closing Costs Paid by | 2016 Annual Dues Paid by | Use Year | Point Availability |
Old Key West | $68 | 270 | $18,360 | Buyer | Seller | Dec. | 270 Points Coming Dec. ’17 |
