Proposed 2016 Disney Vacation Club Annual Dues
Below are charts showing the proposed 2016 annual dues per point for all the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Please note, these are only proposed 2016 annual dues, and these proposed dues will have the opportunity for approval at the 2015 Disney Vacation Club Annual Condominium Association Meeting on December 10, 2015. The meeting will be held at the Contemporary Resort, and there will be a 2:00 PM Board of Director’s Meeting followed by a 2:10 PM Members’ Meeting.
The highest proposed increase is Disney’s Hilton Head at 30 cents followed by Aulani at 28 cents and Disney’s Saratoga Springs at 26 cents, which also had the highest percentage increase at 5%. Despite the 5% increase in annual dues, Saratoga Springs still remains the best overall economical DVC Resort to purchase when considering resale price, years remaining on deed and annual dues. Disney’s Vero Beach, the DVC resort with the highest annual dues per point actually has the smallest proposed increase for 2016 at only 2 cents.
