Proposed 2017 Disney Vacation Club Annual Dues
Below is a table showing the proposed 2017 annual dues per point for all the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Please note, these are only proposed 2017 annual dues, and these proposed dues will have the opportunity for approval at the 2016 Disney Vacation Club Annual Condominium Association Meeting on December 8, 2016. The meeting will be held at the Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center, located at 1000 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830 and there will be a 2:00 PM Board of Director’s Meeting followed by a 2:10 PM Members’ Meeting.
Some of the most notable changes are Polynesian and Vero Beach are having less than 1% increases to their annual dues, while Old Key West, Hilton Head and Bay Lake Tower are having over 6% increases to their annual dues. The dues at Bay Lake Tower will still be among the lowest in the network at $5.62/pt. However, Bay Lake Tower’s 9 year streak (2008 pre-construction to 2016) of having the lowest dues in the network will come to an end. Saratoga Springs will now have the lowest dues in the network at $5.60/pt., followed closely by the Grand Californian at $5.61/pt.
