This month, DVC Resale Market is launching a new promotion – Sign & Stay! Contracts with this distinction are eligible for purchase with NO MONEY DOWN, if financed through Monera Financial with a No Credit Check loan option on a 12-year term. Once your contract is closed and the points transferred to you, regular monthly payments will begin. Our friends at Monera Financial have provided a loan estimator calculator on each of the listings, so you’ll be able to build this new purchase into your monthly budget. They also offer year-end tax documents for interest deductibility and no prepayment penalties.
