DVC Increases Direct Sold Out Pricing for Multiple Resorts

Copper Creek Villas

Disney Vacation Club has increased its sold-out direct pricing on three sold-out properties! Those looking to purchase a direct Disney Vacation Club contract at Bay Lake Tower, Boulder Ridge, or Copper Creek woke up to some higher prices this morning.

Direct pricing at the following resorts has increased for both existing and new members to the following levels:

Resort Previous Direct Price NEW Direct Price Increase
Bay Lake Tower $245 $265 + $20
Boulder Ridge $190 $205 + $15
Copper Creek $225 $240 + $15
New Pricing Effective June 23rd, 2022.

Sold-out resort pricing for all other Disney Vacation Club properties remains unchanged at this time.

It is now becoming harder and harder to ignore the huge savings associated with purchasing a DVC resale contract. With prices to purchase Disney Vacation Club direct continuing to skyrocket, the appeal of a direct contract for many members is beginning to wane. Disney Vacation Club Members also are unable to purchase one of the best benefits previously offered to direct members: Walt Disney World Annual Passes.

Here’s a look at the current difference between direct and average resale pricing, taking these new increases into consideration:
