DVC Resale Average Sales Prices for June 2026

This article features the average sales price of contracts categorized by resort and month sold from June 2025 through June 2026 by DVC Resale Market (DVCRM).
Our goal for this article is to provide great directional information for anyone considering a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resale purchase or just wanting to satisfy a general curiosity of prices and trends.
How to Evaluate DVC Resale Prices
The price of a resort can vary based on the size of the contract in points, the current point availability of the contract (i.e., points current, banked, and borrowed), as well as other various factors (i.e., extended Old Key West contracts, subsidized dues contracts, etc.).
For example, contracts that are smaller and have higher points availabilities tend to sell for more than the average price per point and vice versa.
Analysis
Looking at the month-over-month data, there really isn’t anything earth-shattering to report for June 2026. The blended average resale price across all Disney Vacation Club resorts increased by $1 per point to $124, continuing to hover around the same range we’ve seen for much of 2026. While prices have shown modest upward movement, the market as a whole remains remarkably steady.
If we dive into the individual resorts, there are a few notable movers worth mentioning. I’ll once again throw out Disneyland Hotel from the conversation, as this month’s average was heavily skewed by the same 1,500-point contract we discussed in our ROFR report. Large contracts like that tend to sell at a lower price per point, making the monthly average less representative of the overall market.
One resort that continues to catch my attention is Grand Californian, which climbed from $251 to $258 per point, a 2.8% increase month over month. With Disney continuing to exercise Right of First Refusal on Grand Californian contracts, it’s not surprising to see resale values remain strong as inventory becomes even more limited.
Among the Walt Disney World resorts, Beach Club increased from $137 to $143 per point, a 4.4% gain, while Boulder Ridge posted one of the larger moves of the month, jumping from $96 to $107 per point, an 11.5% increase.
One trend I’ve hinted at over the past several months continues to stand out. Resorts with the 2042 expiration date—including Beach Club, BoardWalk, Boulder Ridge, and even Hilton Head—seem to be experiencing noticeably more month-to-month volatility than many of the newer resorts. I can’t say with certainty that’s the reason, but I do wonder if the market is gradually trying to determine where the long-term value of these shorter-remaining contracts should settle as we slowly move closer to their expiration.
Of course, the biggest story of 2026 continues to be inventory.
We’ve talked about it almost every month this year, and the numbers haven’t changed much. As of writing this article, there were only 204 active listings available through DVC Resale Market. At this same time last July, there were 472 active listings—a decline of 268 listings, or nearly 57% year over year. That’s an incredible shift in available inventory and continues to create a very strong seller’s market.
Even with supply remaining historically low, resale pricing has been surprisingly disciplined. Rather than seeing dramatic spikes, we’ve watched values slowly trend upward while remaining relatively stable across the broader market. If inventory remains constrained through the second half of 2026, I still expect that gradual upward pressure on pricing to continue.
