How Much Does Disney Vacation Club Cost?

If you’re considering becoming a Disney Vacation Club Member, one of the first things you may be wondering is: how much does it cost?  When purchasing a DVC contract, there are two main expenses: the cost of the contract itself and then the annual dues.  

Average Contract Price

The price of a contract can vary greatly depending on:

• Whether you purchase directly from Disney or on the resale market
• How many points you are purchasing
• Which resort you choose as your home resort  

For example, if you were purchasing a 150-point Polynesian contract directly through Disney, it would cost about $35,550 depending on the current incentives. If you bought that same contract on the resale market, it would cost about $24,642–a savings of $10,908!

The price per point varies across home resorts both when buying directly through Disney as well when purchasing on the resale market.  For instance, if you were to buy a 150-point contract at Saratoga Springs instead of the Polynesian, the contract price would be $32,250 ($215 per point) directly through Disney or about $14,945 ($100 per point) on the resale market.  

With DVC contracts priced per point, clearly the more points that you purchase, the more a contract costs, and the fewer points that you purchase, the less a contract costs.  

Annual Dues

The other cost to consider with DVC is the annual dues. These are fees that you pay each year that you own the contract, and they cover expenses such as maintenance fees and taxes for your home resort. As of 2026, annual dues range from $8.31per point (Grand Floridian) to $14.89 per point (Vero Beach).  Annual dues increase every year at a computed annual growth rate of about 3% to 5%.
