Bluey Will Debut at Disney in 2026

Disney woke up at 4 a.m. PST on Tuesday and chose violence. The company dropped a wide swath of announcements, including the Halloween 2026 news you surely need three weeks before Christmas 2025.

That’s not the part anybody will remember, though. Yes, folks, the rumors are true! Bluey will debut at the parks in 2026! Let’s quickly catch you up on all the big announcements.

The Bluey News You Need

Earlier this year, Disney announced a sweeping new deal with the creators of Bluey, including a Bluey movie coming in 2027. As part of that announcement, Disney confirmed that the beloved blue heeler pup will appear at Disney theme parks and also on Disney cruises.

Now, we have more details about Disney’s Bluey integration, and families are beside themselves with joy. In case you didn’t know, Bluey was the number one show on streaming in 2024 and is almost certain to hold that title again in 2025. So, it’s one of the hottest brands on the planet.

Disney hopped on the Bluey bandwagon right before it took off, and now you can reap the rewards. Bluey will start appearing at Disneyland Resort on March 22nd. Soon afterward, Bluey and friends will debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this summer. Disney promises a “fun excursion to Conservation Station,” and “you can play and dance with Bluey and Bingo!”

At Disneyland Park, Fantasyland Theatre will turn into Bluey’s school. According to the Parks Blog, “you can see The Grannies, dance with Chattermax, eat fave foods inspired by the animated series at Troubadour Tavern, and more.” Also, Bluey and Bingo “will take the stage alongside a troupe of comedic actors and musicians to bring the best of the music and games.”

Disney didn’t provide specifics, but it also mentioned that kids can play Keepy Uppy as part of the fun! It’s no wonder why Disney will call the Fantasyland Theatre show “Bluey’s Best Day Ever!”

Bluey at Sea

Long story short, Disney just fully committed to Bluey at the parks…and that’s not all. Bluey and Bingo will also appear on select domestic sailings in 2026. They’ll participate in “Wakey Wakey, a lively morning celebration.” These cruises will also include “Who’s Behind the Curtain, a family game show that ends in a dance party for all.” Finally, these cruises will host the Pyjama Bash “for freeze dancing, interactive games, and a special character appearance.”

I’ll warn you that during Disney’s latest quarterly earnings call, its CFO mentioned a Disney Cruise Line stat. More than half of the cruise cabins available in 2026 have already been booked. So, you’ll want to act quickly to be among the first to meet Bluey and Bingo at sea!

A few weeks later, Disney California Adventure will unveil Soarin’ Across America at a fitting time. The new version of the beloved attraction will debut on July 2nd, two days before America celebrates its 250th anniversary.
