Just needed to give your whole company a big thumbs up. We just closed on our first ever DVC contract and the process was very enjoyable. Although Disney exercised their ROFR on a couple of tries, we finally got one and are going after some more. We’ve been dealing with Jodi and she’s been great. Even worked with me on a Sunday afternoon into the early evening. She’s been a pleasure to deal with and is so easy to talk to. Then there’s your website. Easily the best resale site out there. After looking at others, yours is so easy to navigate and the filtering options are great. The tools provided on the site have been a great help. Worked with Jodi Gross and process went great. Knew the contract could not close until April (offer accepted early January) so there was down time but this was explained at the beginning. Emails and calls were always returned, questions answered and always received great service. Thanks to Jodi and DVC Resale Market. Would use again with no questions.

When we decided to purchase the resale route, I reached out to three resale companies. After speaking with Jodi,(she answered my inquiry within an hour on a Sunday afternoon) I knew that I didn’t have to look any further. She was so easy to talk to. I felt as if I had known her for years! There were a few listings that I was interested in but after talking with Jodi about the time of year that we travel to Disney, she advised me that the use years in those particular listings were not a good fit for our family. She truly had our best interest at heart oppose to rushing through the process to make a sale. And after we lost our first contract to ROFR, when Jodi broke the news, she had a new contract to present to us and it was even better than the one we lost to ROFR! Just finished our AKV purchase with Humberto and it was great! Easiest process and fastest service I have had. Great negotiating for price and great service.

One word on this process…wow! We were completely impressed two years ago when we did a resale purchase with Nick, but this experience topped even that one. Yes, the team there does this stuff everyday, but they make it so incredibly smooth and organized. One would expect this type of purchase to become a hassle with paperwork and process after the purchase decision is made, but between the resale team and the title group, it is truly remarkable. We are happy to say that Humberto sold us our original contract back in 2013 and now this one. This has us considering Aulani and Vero Beach too as it no longer requires sacrificing the WDW visit! Thanks again and share our compliments with all involved. We love doing business with the company. Unfortunate for Disney that they can’t sell us VGF points but Humberto can!
